The Office of Investigations and Special Projects (OI&SP) is responsible for investigating allegations related to criminal, civil, and administrative violations. In addition to conducting these investigations, the Special Projects team conducts reviews and issues reports related to Metro’s operations and activities. The office is comprised of Special Agents, Investigators, Analysts, and Auditors. In addition to investigations and special projects, OI&SP manages the OIG hotline and is responsible for evaluating and investigating whistleblower complaints.
